Forwarding mail
When moving to a new place, what should I do to forward my mail?
When you move to a new location, be sure to submit a “Change of Address Notice” form to the post office. Please receive the correct form at the post office, and after filling it out, submit it by mail. For one year, any mail sent to your previous address will be forwarded to your new address free of charge.
Mail can only be forwarded to an address in Japan.
Once you have submitted the “Change of Address Notice”, it will take three to seven business days for your information to be updated. Therefore, please submit the application prior to moving, so that you will already be receiving your mail at your new address when you begin living there, and you will not miss receiving anything. If you are in need of assistance with how to fill out the “Change of Address Notice” form, or if anything is unclear, please contact Support-R for assistance.
We will update this website to provide accurate information, as it changes constantly.
Please
make sure that your information is up to date. If you have any questions, please contact
Support-R.
