Can I drive a car in Japan?
Those who fled from Ukraine need to obtain a Japanese driver's license in order to drive a car in Japan. If the Prefectural Public Safety Commision confirms your driving knowledge and skills, you will be exempted from the Japanese driving test and can obtain a Japanese driver's license.
