Disposing of oversized garbage(Sodai-Gomi)
I want to dispose of the furniture, as I am leaving my place.
Oversized garbage such as electrical appliances and furniture needs to be disposed of the proper way, which is different from disposing of regular garbage. You will often need to make an appointment for your pick-up time and collection points, and then pay the disposal fee.
